The thermal gas mass Flow Meter consists of an integrated flow converter and flow sensor.
According to the type of flow sensor: plug-in and pipe-section thermal gas mass flowmeter.
QTMF plug-in thermal gas mass flow meters are available for online installation and online maintenance. During the installation
process, the externally threaded base is welded on the outer wall of the pipe. A 1-inch stainless steel ball valve is installed on the base, and then the pipe is drilled with a hole having a diameter of 22 mm. After the hole is punched, the tool is removed and the sensor is mounted on the valve. Insert the sensor into the center of the tube (the insertion position of the sensor is determined at the factory). Plug-in sensor for pipe diameter: for DN32 or larger.

Working principle:
The thermal flowmeter is a flowmeter designed based on the principle of thermal diffusion. That is, when the fluid flows through the heat generating object, the heat loss of the heat generating object is proportional to the flow rate of the fluid.
