The oval gear flow meter is a volumetric meter for continuous or intermittent measurement and control of liquid flow in a pipe. It has many advantages such as large measuring range, high accuracy, small pressure loss, strong viscosity adaptability, high temperature and high viscosity liquid measurement, convenient calibration and installation suggestions. Applicable to the flow meter of petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, transportation, trade, food, medical and health departments.
The LC Series Oval Gear Flow Meters are equipped with pointer and character wheel accumulators
that directly display liquid flow and instantaneous flow through the pipe. In the counting mechanism, the additional signaling device and the electric display instrument can realize centralized control of accumulation, quantitative and instantaneous flow remote transmission. Add a heat sink or an ellipsoid to measure high temperature, high viscosity liquid.
Different liquids (acid, alkali, salt, organic solution, etc.) can be made of different materials.
