Metal Letters with Led Lights Backlit Letter Sign

Metal Letter with LED Lights is one of the most common backlights and is widely used in the sign industry. The front is made of metal (stainless steel/alumimium/acrylic). The back panel is made of acrylic with a thickness of about 10-20mm. It is modeled with the front metal word, carved into the same size, and then the waterproof LED modules are installed on the acrylic panel. After that, the acrylic panel will be fixed in the metal tank. The last step is luminance test to ensure there is no light leakage from the letter body.

The backlit metal letters have high brightness, uniform illumination, no color difference, varied effects, and powerful visual impact. It has rich colors, fonts, patterns, animations can be produced at will;

The metal letters with back lighting replace traditional neon lights and other indoor and outdoor signs, lighting systems in a flexible and variable way; energy saving, low operating costs. The power consumption of the product is small, only one tenth of the traditional neon light.
